Scope of Work
Westcon's responsibilities included:
- Excavation, backfill, and regrading of site areas for foundation installation.
- Installation of (6) new foundations for pipe structures, (1) foundation for a 15kV Cap Switcher, and (1) foundation for a 15kV circuit breaker.
- Rebar installation, concrete sampling, and strength testing.
- Installation of road base as required by IID specifications.
- Removal and legal disposal of spoils and debris.
- Compliance with prevailing wage requirements, AB 219, and all IID safety/environmental standards.
